A 6-month time frame is crucial for creating positive, sustainable change in your health habits and well-being!

I do offer 3-month programs but always emphasize that a 6 month program is far more beneficial. True change takes time.
Your program includes:
- Two 50 minute sessions a month, in person or via skype.
- Continual email support between sessions
- Tools, handouts, recipes and resources specific to your goals.
- Dietary suggestions and planning (E.g. Detox, elimination diets, food allergy testing for food related symptoms).
- Grocery store tour, pantry make-over, cooking instruction (upon request for local clients).
