This time of life can be rough on the body, mind and spirit.  Whether you are still in high school juggling schoolwork, college prep, extracurricular activities, jobs, your social life and family obligations; or you are at university dealing with all of this and more, you are in one of the most crazy, beautiful, pressure-cooking times of life!  Packaged along with this kind of lifestyle is an enormous, hairy ball of stress, which can wreak havoc on your emotional and physical health.

In high school, while preparing for college and dealing with the immense social pressure to look and act a certain way, I developed a very negative coping mechanism for my anxiety and depression… an eating disorder! I also developed a bad case of cystic acne.  At the same time my best bud suffered from chronic migraine headaches and another dear friend, stomachaches and IBS!  None of us new how and where to seek help and so we spent many years silently suffering and normalizing our debilitating imbalances. It took quite some time to admit we had problems, but when we did we were able to seek help and heal ourselves with healthful nutrients for our bodies and for our hearts.  

No matter what your symptoms are, you are not alone! With heart centering, emotional healing and nutritional support we can the epically radiant, happy, and healthy lady that you truly are. ​

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

6 Month Program:

A 6-month time frame is crucial for creating positive, sustainable change in your health habits and well-being!

Your program includes:

  • Two 50 minute sessions a month, in person or via skype.
  • Continual email support between sessions
  • Tools, handouts, recipes and resources specific to your goals.
  • Dietary suggestions and planning (E.g. cleanses, elimination diets, and food allergy testing for food related symptoms).

I do offer 3-month programs but always emphasize that a 6 month program is far more beneficial.  True change takes time.
