Program is tailored to your personal health goals and includes:
- Two 50 minute sessions a month, total of 12 sessions in person or via skype.
- Continual email support between sessions
- Tools, handouts, recipes and resources specific to your goals.
- Dietary suggestions and planning (E.g. Detox, elimination diets, food allergy testing for food related symptoms).
- Grocery store tour, pantry make-over, cooking instruction (upon request for local clients)
